Out of control child protective services

My two boys were taken by Yolo County CPS because I tested clean when i was in labor. Well 4 days later I got the story from Tracy Brewer that I did test dirty for meth, but my son was clean, then came story number 3 my son was dirty and I was clean. Everyone knows that's impossible. She tells me to go down and drug test at the office and she wont take my boys. So I did. The lady who collected the sample told me there was not enough there to test as she was putting the chain of custody stickers over the sample. I found that odd in its self. I knew there was enough to test I use to test people in NV. And it only takes TEASPOON to test. Well the next day Tracy Brewer came yelling how I was a bad mother and only piece of s*t druggie would have walked out on testing for her kids. She was considering the test a dirty and took my 3 yr old and my new born. Told me if I was to step foot on the hospital property to see mt new born I would be arrested for trespassing.
I got the investigation report that Tracy Brewer wrote. Oh my lord. The lies and mistakes she made.
1. My name was wrong
2. My sons name was wrong
3. Gave me a daughter I didn't have
4. My arrest history that wasn't even mine GTAS SPOUSAL ABUSE PAROLE VIOLATIONS and I did all my time in Tracy Prison, REALLY? Last i knew Tracy Prison was for MEN.
5. Said I turned in numerous positive meth tests. How the nurse had to chase me down for appointments. We are pregnant 9 mo. He was 4 weeks early, yet I had 10 Dr. Appointments I made.
You would think that would have been enough to dismiss the case. The number one disappointment in this whole thing is that the test that Tracy Brewer said was calling positive and took my boys. CAME BACK CLEAN...
Something has to be done about this. Not only cps but juvenal courts judges and lawyers. I have more proof threw out my case. But nobody wants to help. Why is everyone so scared of cps, they are the most disrespected/disrespecting government offices out there. The judge did not fallow the canons that he is supposed to fallow.
Tracy brewer barbara fisher and ernest phillip lied made up stories twisted stories, most of all belittled me and my children. But then again they do not care about the families they destroy on a daily bases. They dont want children returned home. They just want that 4,000 to 8,000 bonuses they get when children are adopted out.
The sad thing is I know I am not the only parent going through this. Not only in my county or state but nation wide. Who is responsible for the actions of these heartless social works and judges.
