CPS is falsifing drug test to take children out of loving homes, and I know this cause it has happened to my family.

In June my oldest comes forward with information on her daddy had been touching her. I was in shock of finding out this news, and made a doctors appointment for her the following day. After the visit with our doctor, she wanted to talk to my daughter alone for a minute. Let me stop here for just a minute, ok, my oldest is mentally challanged and for her to discribe all what has happen and know that it is not her fault, amazes me truely to be proud of her. Ok, doctor comes out and tells me there is no physical eviedence, but my daughter told her what she had told me. Well I am informed that CPS will have to be called, and I said fine lets get something done about this.

Well one week later and still no CPS! As if all could not get any worse it does, my youngest was placed on the bed by me so as to be able to catch my son. My son had grabbed an object and made an attempt to get out of my bedroom with it. I had only stepped just a few feet from the bed and only a few seconds. To my horror, when I turned around, my youngest daughter was on the floor crying. Oh how could I have let her fall, I checked her over and saw that she appeared to be fine. I gave her a bath to soothe her and prepare her for bed, and upon getting her dressed afterwards I notice light bruising of her right knee. I also notice that when touched she would start to cry again. My fiancee agreed to stay home with the other children and get them to bed so I could go to the ER.

After being looked over by a doctor, I was shocked to hear she had broken her leg just below the knee and above the knee. The next morning while my oldest talked with detectives on the sexual abuse allegations, I am questioned by a CPS investigator. Nothing is mentioned about the sexual abuse, and all he wants to know is about the baby breaking her leg. The investigator was still in the room when detectives came in and told me due to her not staying on one subject (mentally challanged) that she was lying.

That evening we are told we could not leave the office until we submitt a oral fluid drug test. Ok, no problem! My fiancee's test falls apart at the end, and all in all the test took about 25mins.

Now after reaserching the test online, I discover our test were done inncorectly. This is why my fiancee's came back with a false positive. Also weird how fiancee is on probation for meth and has been clean for over two years, and did all the classes ordered of him. Not even my ex - husband has had to do a drug test, and he is the drug addict. My ex is also the one helping to put case against me so he wont have to pay child support.

At the end of June CPS removes children due to false positive drug test, and my CPS history, which all cases have been ruled out due to no findings. After two weeks, we went to our first hearing, I could not believe that CPS was shutting the sexual abuse case and giving her dad temp custody. The other four were placed into foster care, at least that is what they tell me. I only know about my babies on Wensday's @11am-12pm. Texas Foster Care is maxed out, and there are news reports of CPS placing children in motels and CPS offices!

Is anyone in Dallas Co. Tx, who wants to stop them from abusing our children? I ask of serious responses only please. I am wanting to reform the Tx. Child Protective Services, and stop them from taking children out of loving homes, such as my children. Together we can make it happen.
