Ripoff no answer to phone number unauthorised charges to my bank account

Same as everyone else taken by these people, I did call my bank, they cancelled my ATM card and are sending me a form to allow them to get my money back, I am also filing for additional charged since the unauthorised payment they took out of bank acct caused overdrafts and fees to be charged to my acct.
