I have read several complaints and I am sorry to hear all the problems that everyone seems to have. I have not shopped at Hollister a lot until my son lost over 50 pounds and enjoyed name brand items. I do start with clearance ad always have, but the reason I am writing is that at the Cool Springs Galleria Mall Hollister has been nothing but fantastic, helpful & apologetic if something is placed incorrectly on a shelf or hanger.

With all the bad reviews I would at least like to say, "thank you" to the employees that enjoy working where they are and not just for a paycheck and possible discount closing, maybe the employees in Cool Springs should train these other employees that zero customer service skills!!!
