Rude staff when asking about prescription insurance coverage

This place is nothing like you see on those phony "My CVS" commercials.
Where do they treat you like that? In the enchanted kingdom?

I asked some questions about my insurance coverage on prescription and they were most unpleasant. They didn't appreciate being bothered. I won't have any Rx filled there or even purchase anything there since they are expensive anyway. After seeing the commercials, they should be charged with fraud.
