Incorrect Billing/Dishonest/No Delivery

I ordered this product as it came highly recommended in a well known fitness magazine. Firstly the bill was only supposed to be $2.95 as per advertising as well as my statement received, my credit card was charged R847. When I phoned to complain I was told that no reverses could be made as the package had already been shipped. They also stated I clicked extra options, which I specifically remember denying permission to. Now exactly 1 month later I still have no package and have been charged approx. R800 more than I agreed to. I feel like I've been completely!
