Great customer service! - Imported foods

I shopped at the Big Lots in Mobile, AL around 3.00PM 1/6. I received probably the best customer service I have ever had from the cashier, whose name (I am almost positive) is Michelle. She was well groomed, efficient and pleasant, but more than that she had a rude shopper holding up the check out line, shouting at children and generally making a public display of her entire family. Michelle handled it beautifully, checked me out without drawing attention to this woman and did it very correctly. My hat off to her! If only more stores had cashiers/associates like this, there would be less on-line shopping and more store contact (where you always usually buy more than you intended)
