I purchased almost $3,000.00 worth of karaoke equipment. Paid new prices but things arrived looking used, and didn't work. Later I saw on their website that they refurbish equip! I have asked them to replace everything that didn't work, which was most of it. Unfortunately, they put you through a long, drawn out process of technical processes even when you've already been through it and KNOW it doesn't work properly. Like the USB port. The wireless mic. The DVD recorder. The remote was old, used, sticky, had words rubbed off of it. Can't get an RMA or new equipment to replace the old! They ignore you.
