Wal mart mildew stained coat

I ordered a men's coat online as a Christmas gift for my brother and it arrived smelly and with a huge mildew stain on one side. It was loosely packed as if someone else had returned it already and they did not bother to even inspect it so that no one else got it. That is poor service.
