Horrible Shipping, wrong item, broken toy! - LEGO Bricks and more builders of tomorrow, edu science astro precision 360 young astronomers refractor telescope, Barbie store it all carrying case

I purchased three gifts for my daughter for Christmas. The package came when expected but now how I expected it. The box was almost 3 sizes to big for the items I purchased and had no bubble wrap, padding, paper nothing but the items! We ordered a Barbie rolling storage tote, clearly had been used. It was broken with part of the top missing (not in the box!) the sticker peeling off, and gum on the wheel with impacted glitter and hair! Wow! Not only was that impressive but the item cost over $20 and it really was just a pick tub with wheels and a Barbie Sticker. Not impressive! Next the name brand lego set I purchased is not what I received, some knock of brand airplane "lego" model was sent in stead (for my 4 year old daughter please!) I also ordered a telescope but am returning that as well since it was improperly packaged and who knows if the lens inside is broken or not. Spent an hour on the phone with their outsourced customer service center. The lady was very nice but was so overwhelmed and couldn't find the information she needed on the package. Terrible experience. Waiting but they said they would credit my account back before I send the things back, hopefully I get my refund ASAP as Christmas is not that far away!
