So messed up

Store needs to tighten it up. The floor displays can be neater and the cashiers should be more courteous. Today, I took my family who came from far away wanted to go shopping. So I took them to ontario mills and took them to polo ralph and two of the families bought 3 jackets of the same color and size along with other clothes and the other two family wanted to buy 2 of the same jacket which was the same color and size along with clothes and the manager said no to them. She said you can't buy because you are in a group and only allowed 3 jackets of the same size and color. Thats so messed up even when I explained that its for them and their kids she still said no. She said its new that the corporate changed it and there is nothing you can do. That mad us mad and will not shop there. If that was the case the manager should put a sign that groups cant' buy more than 3. Other stores in the mall where great and polite and did not care if we bought more than 3 of the kind. The jacket was not even a great deal it cost $30 wow right! Never ever will shop there. Their policy stinks and should put a sign to let other groups know. Corporate should change policy because many people go as a group from all over the world and shop there.
