Extremely poor customer service - Artopia studios

Shops, Products, Services

I ordered the glass fusing voucher. The voucher was in when I ordered it I seen it in my account. A couple of weeks later I went to use it and they had system issues. So I kept checking back. When they did have the website up and running the voucher wasn't there, so I emailed no response, so I emailed again then I was told my credit card was declined. What they didn't know is that I used paypal and it came out of my bank account. When I called and spoke with an agent she was not on the ball at all she kept claiming I had to wait... I said for what another month... Its already been a month today. She said my credit card was declined and there was nothing she could do. I would have to contact my bank and put in a claim... I told her I have two notices saying it went through and I want my voucher... She basically said to bad so sad, I would have to get a refund from my bank. It was their mistake and computer issues, but they refused to take responsibility for it. What kind of customer service is that! You hide behind your computers and pretend its not your fault. I have worked in customer service and I would never treat a customer like that, or allow any of my staff to! I also work in IT and offered customer support... Never would I hide behind my computer or programs and treat customers like they do.
My daughter and I were offered a stinking 10.00 voucher... No happy with that kind of service at all. It wasn't an error on my end my bank and paypal both showed the transaction, it was LS that dropped the ball.
