Order number 638695310; orderd two pairs of shoes and it was cancelled. I called to find out what was going on and how I can have the shoes shipped. The customer service representative was extremely rude, said they did not make a mistake and wasn't going to do anything to send me the shoes I ordered. I am working on a military base in japan so I had the shoes shipped to my mother in law so she could send them to me. He said they cancelled the order becasuse they could not reach me by phone. So why couldn't they correct the error and ship the shoes once I called and talked to them to explain everything? I could have verified my address, social, dob and everything including security questions if needed. His suggestion to me was to get my mother in law to purchase the shoes online, call the customer service number and give the reference number for both orders in order for me to get it for the price I originally got it for. I will not be purchasing from yall anymore due to the inconvenience and rude representatives. Yall have got to learn how to do business or youre gonna go out of business. Rbinuthomas@hotmail.com
