No delivery or refund

I ordered a trial sample of the above product at the beginning of April (order no. 1950489). Having not received the product (after having received confirmation of my order and receipt of payment, $4.95) by mid May, I wrote again to complain, and had the response that it had been shipped on 9 April. I have still received nothing and to my amazement, my credit card has been debited with the amount of R1034,37 — for a purchase that I hadn't even ordered! Please will you try and sort this out with this manufacturer. However, unfortunately, since the original purchase with my credit card, the card has since been, therefore a refund to this card number will be difficult, but if you can sort the problem out, then maybe they can refund through PayPal to which I belong.
