Miscellaneous

My wife sent for 2 free samples from Bellagenix for a charge of $4.95 each. Two packages arrived in January. After trying the product she decided that it was not as good as she had hoped so she did not place an order.
On 23/01 I saw from my bank statement that my bank card had been debited for the samples on 08/01.
Then later, in April two more packages arrived. My wife was not at home due to illness in her family. I telephoned to her and asked why she had ordered this product again. She told me that she had not ordered anything. I checked my bank statement and saw that my account had been debited by two times $94.90 plus $2.85 on 10 April. I returned the packages to the PO Box given with a letter of complaint and asked for an explanation. At this point I checked all my statements - to my horror saw that my account had been debited for two amounts of $99.95 on 8 February and also two amounts of $94.95 on 11 March. No merchandise had been received in either February or March.
On 17 May I wrote to the PO Box by registered mail outlining the situation and asked for my money to be returned
