Shopko online systems faulted in the ordering process, but they fixed the problem

I ordered an expensive Dyson stick vacuum from them online. When I tried to place the order the system would not confirm anything nor did it show that the order had been placed. I went back in and tried to order it again. This time I received a confirmation page, which I printed out.

Three days later (delivered on time and in good shape), I received 2 vacuums. I looked at the packing slip and then at the email confirmation and saw that indeed they processed 2 orders. I called customer service, walked them through my issue. The promptly sent me a return label and took care of the shipping.

I will shop here again because they didn't fight me on the return when they probably could have and were prompt and courteous while I dealt with them.
