Was sold a brand new defective phone. Not working, took it back to the store to fix and they denide all services inwhich i was intitle to. They kept me going to there store week after week with no result in an exchange or refunding my money back. Took this matter to consumeraffir, channel 4 news and i'm going to court has we speak. And writing to you for more help.
