RIPOFF unclear initial representation of charges for service, unexpected withdrawal $99.95 bank account, unable or unwilling to refund my money even though I have complied with all of their requirements for promised refund. Nevada

U-Talk Unlimited withdrew money from my bank account. I requested a refund as was promised in promotional materials that I received in the mail. I complied with requirements for refund, including a signed declaration that I would no take any further steps to secure a refund.
I have made monthly calls to customer service. The representative assures me that I will receive my refund in 7-10 days. The representative has been unable to give me information about the parent company and how to contact them about my desire to have my money returned. Today, when I asked if there wasn't something that I could do to get my money back, I was told that I could do whatever I wanted. I asked her to please tell me what that "whatever" might be. She replied that I could contact the Better Business Bureau.
When I told her that I could not do that if I expected to get my refund because I had signed the Check Authorization Form sent to me by her company. I asked her to please just be a human being and tell me that I should not expect a refund. She said that many people have received refunds and that I should just be patient, that she believes that I will get my money back. So, I've learned my lesson, expensive but overwith with the writing of this complaint. Others should be aware/beware.
