Completing survey on receipt back - whopper j

Completed survey that is mentioned on the bk receipt back. When I got to the end of yhe survey, it said there was an sql error, L'm assuming with the restaurant number. I used the number at the top of the register receipt, 9010, but apparently it should be 009010. A ripoff. BK should fix this.
