Unfriendly web site, service in store

Aug. 9th, went to Kohl's to purchase school clothes for Gd Daughter. Being 70, the sizes of kids clothes has Changed. Skinny, leggings, etc. First I had no idea where to look. We took a shot at it. After an hour and no offer of help, I approached a sales lady that had been zipping in and out, to fast to catch. I told her my granddaughter had been wearing boys jeans and I wanted to get her into girls sizes. She took us back over to where we had already over an hour. Here are Angels, Mudd, etc. I could read. What sizes are these to compare with? She stood there like a deer in headlights. I dismissed her. Found out later she was NEW, like that day, and was told to hang merchandise back up. Found another older sale person that was VERY helpful. Michaela had out grown the department we were in. She took us over to the older girls department. Helped us my looking at my Gd. Daughter, she looks like a 2 Med. Found us 4 pair... THANKED HER, tried them on and they fit... We left... NOW, your web site: It is the MOST unfriendly experience I have ANY time I shop on line at Kohl's.com... Can never log on, it never recognizes my password, it kicks it out. I then go through the steps to change my password, a new one is sent to me, only for it to be rejected. So then it involves calling to straighten it out. All this to purchase from YOU... I shop and try to come back to my shopping cart, it's gone... Sometimes it's there, mostly gone. How can a business stay afloat very long with such a CRAPPY web site. IT NEEDS A MAJOR OVER HAUL...!!! I dread shopping on line with you then going to surgery... With this being BACK to SCHOOL time, there should have been all kinds of help on the floor, to help train clerks for the up coming holidays...
