Ripoff don't work haven't received my refund

I ordered patches. Didn't work. Called to return, no problem they said. Just return and they will credit my account. They have not. I returned the patches 11/23. I have not heard anything and i do not have phone number anymore. I do have my receipt for mailing them back. I hope you can help. They owe my checking account 169.95.
