Ripoff refused to cancle services Have No Idea

A bill showed up on my phone bill, for USA VOICEMAIL. I have called there billing address, I never signed up for this services. They refuse to answer there phone, I always get a voice mail welcomeing me to there company, and I stay on hold a long time, one time 30 minutes usly only about 5 before there recording says, Thank you for you call and hangs up on me I NEVER can get a customer service rep. I have reported this to my phone company and they have returned there bill but it shows up back on my account with the currint month and the past month that SBC removed...

How can I get this company to stop billing me for services that I never requested, cannot use Have no idea to use them and a company that refuses to answer there phone.
