Communications is a bunch of crooks Ripoff

It seems to me that in most cases if you take advantage of customers and give bad customer service you will not be open long. That is not the case for SBC. I have never had so many problems with a company before. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing, you cannot get a decent story from anyone, and this company will do all it can to take advantage of a customer for squeeze any dime they can out of them. I can only hope this company has the same fate as Enron.
