Ripoff, unable to deliver next day, but still want to charge

The company i work for ordered some plows for next day air. We had a storm and ups could not deliver. I recieved the product six days later. I contacted the distributor of the plows to get my freight adjusted and was told ups would not adjust the charges because the weather caused the problem. How can i charge my customers for next day when the product came six days late. When i can't provide the service i have to correct the problem and take care of the customer. So far ups says the charge stands. Could someone in the executive office call me. Your own employees state the charge is unfair and the customer is comes first. Show me.
