Fridge delivery nightmare - Kenmore Elite side by side refriderato

It has been 3 weeks and I am still trying to get my Kenmore Elite refrigerator.
Attempt 1- I didn't receive a call the night before with a delivery time. Woke up to find the delivery driver came at 7:30 am and now I have to reschedule.By the way, I received my reminder text of the delivery at 9am - after the driver attempted to deliver.
Attempt 2- I am given a window of 11:15-1:15. I check my phone at 10:50 am as I am on my way home and the driver came at 10:30?? I call immediately both the driver (who didn't answer) and then the customer service line. The Sears rep told me she would call me back with the new delivery time. I never received that call - so I called back and was told I would have to reschedule. Mind you I just spend my whole afternoon waiting for them. I asked to talk to a manager and I was put on hold and then after 10 minutes the line disconnected?! I would have called back but did not want to wait on hold for another 20 minutes.
Attempt 3- this time the drivers actually showed up within the delivery window, but this time they showed up to the wrong house, then brought the fridge to into the garage and the told us they couldn't install because our water line wasn't up to code. They left the fridge and said we just needed to get the plumber to install a switch. Once we did that we could call and they could come out the next day.

We had a plumber check it out and he charged us $100 to tell us it was up to code.
Attempt 4- after the plumber came, I called to schedule the hook up. Was told they could come on Sat. Now it's Friday night and I call since I didn't receive a time. I am now told there was no appointment made. I would receive a call in 24-48 hours to find out when they could come. Really??? It's going on 3 weeks since I purchases this refrigerator and it'd still not installed. It's too bad because the store associate was great but the delivery has really soured this Sears experience. I hope someday this fridge is installed.
