Rips you off even after your contract is due by telling you that you have to inform them that you will not use their services Ripoff Waltham mass

After a 1 year contract with nextel i call them up at the end of the contract and spoke to a rude service representative and i informed her that i would not use their services anymore, she told me that i could not do that because i din't give them a MONTH's notice and therefore i could not terminate the contract, although my contract was officialy fullfilled (1 year contract = 1 year service) so i said that it was ok and i paid my montly fee. At the end of the month i received a ridiculous bill for $343.82 for every single phone call made and received by looking at my bill i found out that tricked me to stay with them for another month so that they could charge me a high price for service that is definately outside of the SO CALLED CONTRACT.

I suggest that anyone that has a contract with nextel to open up your eyes and don't let them trick you into staying with them so that they could rip you off.
