Pleasure Time Readers
Negligence to admit to and cancel account, continues to charge, bill over $200. Rip-off!

Shops, Products, Services

Eing a victim of pleasure time readers, i recieved in the mail a month ago a bill from them saying i owed them $136.56, a monthly charge of 68.28 for magazines i supposedly subscribed to. First off i never recieved any magazines! Secondly i cancelled my account with them the same week i opened my account, and i was reimbursed for the money they withdrew... So why would they continue to charge me for things i did not recieve, and a subscription i cancelled to?

Well i called them shortly after i recieved my obsurd bill, they told me to fax/mail them a copy of my bank statement that shows they reimbursed me and they wil take the corrective action. So i mailed it to them and i never recieved confirmation or anythin, the only reply i got back was another bill saying i owe them $204.84.

I tried calling them this morning 888-4356767, no one picked up. What kind of company does not provide an email contact, or message system. Why would they put so much time in trying to contact you, but once u try to contact them it seems like the effort doesn't go both ways. I'll try to update once i find a way to contact them
