I have not shopped at Target for a long time. Primarily because of POOR customer service. For some reason I had to stop and get ONE item. As I moved around the store I was astonished how often I was asked it I needed help. The first time was when I went into the pool section to buy some item for my pool. Of course I couldn't find it. I picked up the phone (as instructed by the sign) and was told an associate would be there in 60 seconds. WHAT??? Really? And in less time than promised here comes someone very knowledgable about the section and TA DA I got what I needed. I think his name was Bernard.
So I kept on shopping... Not familiar with the store at all. I didn't know you carried food items. Great... Ikepton shopping. I came to one 6 dollar item and I spent over 60 dollars. At every turn I was offered help and a friendly smile. At checkout I realized the motorized cart I was using was running out of power. I asked JOE Rosalis Jr for a regular cart. He went and got it. He was very helpful and efficient. His attitude was very pleasant and had a great smile. As I was leaving I realized I had lost my glasses and was getting a little upset and rummaged thru my purse in hopes they would appear. I hear someone behind me saying "did you lose something?" I turned and there was Joe, smiling, and holding the glasses that I had left at the register.

My thanks to Target for a good shopping experience and I will return.
On the comment card Target didn't put an address so I had to find this site.
Please put an address on your comment card. Also, I only saw two motorized cart and the one that I did get was not sufficiently charged. Can the Rosemead California store get more carts???
