Ultimatemoviedownload.com is a total fraudulent scamming online company that rips off many consumers. I want everyone to know about this and protect themselves from getting ripped off from this scammer. Here are the reasons why they are scammers.

1. They tell you that members have 7 days to get a full refund. I sent them numerous e-mails and support requests to get a refund. Yet they never ever responded.

2. I called their support number 1-866-240-2481 more than 10 times but the line is always busy. The only time when it works (the machine picks up the phone saying that the office is closed.) is when their office is closed.

3. After you sign up with their service, they make you download a program that are free elsewhere. (e.G. Edonkey, limewire, etc..) but they don't tell you about this before you sign up.
Before you sign up, they try to sound as if movie and music download is very special if consumers use their service. But it's not different from other free P2P programs.

4. Consumers are not aware of the Pro Upgrade service yet, they charge you extra for pro upgrade. I still don't understand about this. Members/consumers don't have the choice whether they want pro upgrade or not.
