Began charging our Visa account $9.00 after an online purchase with Lerner's

In September, my wife made an online purchase at Lerner Catalog lernercatalog.com. One month later $9.00 was charged to our credit card and repeated in November and December. I called our card company and disputed the charges, and they connected me with reservationrewards.com by phone and I canceled any future charges. I am now waiting to see if these actions are effective.

The operator at reservationrewards.com identified Lerners as their source for our card information. I would recommend that anybody experiencing this scam ascertain if possible from reservationrewards.com what company passed your information along and make it clear to them in whatever terms you choose to use (as I am about to do with Lerners) that you'll never deal with them again and will make sure everyone knows to beware ordering from them.
