Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent billing on my credit card, 2 charges at the same time of day

These charges showed up on my credit card bill for december, I have tried contacting them, by phone and by computer, still cannot get through to clear this wrongfull billing, i want nothing to do with this company, just clear this debt, stop charging me and send my money back to my card account.
