Ripoff I am continually billed for books that I have returned or not received

The web address this company advertises service@memberservice.com does not work.

I am being billed for product never received and now have a late fee of $4.00. I have sent in the refusal slips for books that will automatically be sent unless you send the "do not send" message. These refusals have been sent in well in advance of shipping dates and have not been honored. I return books and write refused on the unopened package and still am being billed.

Do not get involved with this company!
