Service & accessibiliy for Handicapped

After four straight weeks of not having wheel chair with carts or scooters available at Sams's Club at our Pueblo, Co. Store I am more than dissatisfied. During my visit yesterday, I waited over an hour for a wheel chair of some type so I could get my groceries. I NEVER was able to get one and there was another amputee waiting at the same time with me.in addition two senior couples (each with a handicapped partner) also waited. My wife drove in to town and when she was finished getting our groceries, she asked for a manager. She waited over ten minutes and was finally told by customer service a manager was obviously not going to respond and we might as well go home! I believe if Sam's is going to provide x number of handicapped parking spots they should at very least be able to accommodate the same number of people with chairs to get around. I would also suggest that more mobility devices be provided instead of heavy, bulky wheel chairs with carts in front. Those are extremely difficult for genuinely handicapped or old people to maneuver. Perhaps Sam's is just big enough they don't need the business of the senior and handicapped community!
