DISH NETWORK - why do they even call it customer support?

I had applied for a home loan and needed to use dish network for 1 of the 4 credit references that i needed to get the loan. Well first my wife called and told them what i needed and that we wanted it e-mailed and they said that was fine, but there was a $5 charge for that and my wife oked it. Later on that day she checked the e-mail, but nothing from dishnetwork? She checked again the next day, but still nothing from them.

So my wife calles them back and was asked if she had talked with a maneger and she told them no so the rep. Then switched my wife to a manager who asked what the e-mail address was so my wife spelled it out to the manager who then told my wife that i had to be the one to call since the account is in my name only! So the next nigt I called and told the rep.

I was connected to the problem i was having and that i needed a past 12 month credit history fom them and i was then told i could get that info on-line. I asked if i would be able to go back that far and i was told yes.

Well, the next night my wife goes on-line to www.dishnetwork.com and went into my account info and it only went back to april not jan. 2001 like i needed! A message comes on the screen if you try to go further back than april and says to call 1-800-333-3474 to talk to a rep. About it.

THIS HAD BEEN DONE 3 TIMES ALREADY! Again i call dishnetwork and give the rep. # of the person i had talked with the last time and again i tell this same person my same problem the on-line crap and he tells me that it would be sent my mail and i would recieve it by Wed. (this was on Sun 1-27-02) Well wed. Came & no letter. Thurs. Came & no letter.

Friday and still no letter!!! So AGAIN i call and tell them all my problems with this situation and i was told it had been e-mailed 3 or 4 times (witch had not been recieved!!?) and that it had also been mailed out reg.

Mail on the 26th. Funny though i hadn't been told about the reg. Mail being sent part untill the27th!!! Witch was the 4th phone call to them. Now i am being told that i should get the letter monday 2-04-02.

What the hell is up with this company? I recieved my other letters from power faxed same day, phone company in 3 days by reg. Mail, and our landlord in 2 days whitch i had to go to him to get. I hsve been waiting 2 WEEKS on dishnetwork. Customer Service??? Not With Dish Network!!!
