For Customers:

Brew City Beer Gear Inc. Does not offer refunds of any kind to purchases made by a consumer. Even if they sell damaged products they offer only an exchange. Often Brew City Beer Gear is out of stock in many problems and therefore doing an even exchange becomes nearly impossible as the customer usually has to wait over a month for a replacement product to come in. Often the computer system itself overcharges for purchases and the company makes the customer call around and argue before being compensated the difference.

For Employees:
Brew City Beer Gear will promise one wage and end up delivering on another, for instance I was promised 24,000 a year to manage a store but was ended up given 22,000 a year in promises that it would only be temporary, it wasn't. For Hourly employees there were multiple incidences (four that I can recall) in which employees were shorted hours on their paychecks and were not reimbursed for this money until weeks later.

Brew City Beer Gear is poorly run and organized, the owners of the company have never worked in a retail job before they began their own. They originally said I as manager could not hire an assistant manager. But when they failed to find one themselves they quickly changed that rule. Employees are not offered 15 minute breaks as often it is onoly one employee running the store at a time. Avoid doing business with this company.
