A friend of mine used my debit card to get a free credit report from consumerinfo.com after recieving her report she cancelled membership. She only wanted a free report. I recieved my bank statement an noticed a charge for $24.95 for a upgrade 3-bureau report, she never requested this report and has requested a refund asap. I would watch this company for transactions you do not request. I will keep you up to date to the outcome my refund 12/12/04
