American Automated Systems fraudulent dishonest they don't do what they say

I payed for a search through PayPal. I never received my results. When I tried to retreive them it kept saying it was in QUE but they never came through. I e-mailed them numerous times to get help and no one ever e-mailee me back. I finally filed with PayPal and they were only able to retrieve $5.06 out of around $29.00 that I payed. The phone number listed on their profile is disconnected as well.
