Stay away from them! Worst workmanship and customer service ever! I ordered a dress that came 3" longer on one side than the other. They did not have a replacement to send me in time for Prom so they asked me to get a quote to have it fixed. Got one, called them back and sent picture of dress. Then they said they checked all the other dresses like that one and they were all the same hem. So even with a picture, they didn't believe me. Then they asked for a written estimate so I had to go back and get that for them. Sent it to them and they offered me $5 more than the cost to get their defective dress fixed. I asked for $10 more because of my time, gas and inconvenience and they said no because I chose to keep the dress even though they offered me a full refund. Hello... I had to keep the dress because of the timeline and the tux and flowers had already been ordered to match. Got the dress back from being fixed and lo and behold, I find that the bodice is only sewn to the bottom of the dress in a few places... Big gaping holes that were never sewn. Omg - don't buy anything from them!
