Just for 4 program requires too much time

I have been a Safeway customer for many years. Now that they've started the "Just 4 U" program, I've shifted the lion's share of my purchases to Costco. Just 4 U requires me to go to their web site and sift through pages and pages of discount offers. This is a waste of my time and I'm not going to do it.instead of spending 15 minutes at their web site, I'll just go somewhere (Costco), wait 15 extra minutes in the checkout line, and save money.
