Be aware the authenticity of their designer's products

I purchased two Gucci bags from them. The bags did not come with any authentic card so i was questioning the authenticity of their products. I called their customer services and she said she will get the original sales receipt for me to proof the authenticity. However they did not do that and they haven't response to me ever since. I was now more suspicious than before based on their attitude. Their customer service was neither friendly nor helpful. I have to file a dispute to my credit card company to defend my right. Don't think I will ever shop with them again.
