Ripoff internet fraud won't deliver goods won't respond to emails

I ordered a custom Apple Valley doll from this company at the beginning of October. Suppose to be delivered in three to six weeks. Go to their website a month later and it is shut down until January. Tried contacting so-called "company", Took three emails for her to answer. When she did answer said my doll was almost ready.

Now it is two months later and NO DOLL. I have emailed this woman ten times and she will not answer. Emailed and told her I was filing internet fraud charges. She answered that one and my doll is still not finished! Sounds like it hasn't even been started.

I asked for a refund. Now, she is ignoring me again. I have no choice but to report her to internet fraud.
