Sprint ripoff rude and gives you the run around

My husband and I are in the process of trying to buy a house. It doesn't help when you get your credit report and find out that there is FRAUD accounts. Yes 2 of them. While my husband and I were in Iraq, fighting for our country, someone was opening an account in my name and closed it after running the bill up to $125. They said that I was sent a notice... Which I never received. I called their fraud department and was given the run around. I was transferred 7 times and had to repeate my story everytime. I got no where. Does anyone know what I can do to get them to clean up my credit so my husband and I can buy a house?
