Ripoff cancelled contract but never refund

In about 8:30 pm of June 17, I purchased a cellphone (motorola V300) for $210.00 at the Go-Jays shop in Burlington Mall in Mass. I returned the merchandise after 10 minutes because I found a better one in the next shop. The saleman of Go-Jays, Adnam, cancelled the contract. I asked to sign the credit receipt, Adnam said I don't need to do so because he already did refund to my credit card company.in July 8, I received my credit card monthly statement and the charge hasn't been refunded. I went to the shop in Burlington mall immediately, but Go-Jays was no longer there. Their business phone number (781-272-8300) hasn't been disconnected but nobody answer the phone. Now the phone number is not in service. The mall manager provided the phone number of the original contractor, Jay Singa. That is 516-857-5297 and fax 516-681-4956. I faxed my evidence to Jay but never get any answer back. I send request to T-mobile since Go-Jays has contract with them, I never get any response from T-mobile.
