Rip Off Billing ripoff false billing

I too recieved a false bill attatched to my verizon bill stating: Untd Kingd XX $45.57

After talking to their so called customer service they said that I would be credited and also put a block to prevent any further problems in the future.

I will keep you up to date as to what becomes of this, but it does not look to good from what i have read on this site.
