Rude manager assistant

I"m a used customer, but in one ocassion a went to Walgreens to buy some things and then I asked the manager in charge if he has a change for a 100 dollar bill and he was so rude and told me that my bill didn't look right and and he saw me when I just took the money out of the chase ATM inside the store. I know he is a colombian guy and I imagine why he react like that. He may think that everyone is like the people where he came from...
