I am a current employee. This store is lacking of staff, organization, budget. They have untrained management. Raises are only aprrox 30 cents at a time. Too much work and responsibility are put on one person. The return policy is too lax. They accept anything on returns. Cleanliness of this store is terrible. Continually have a now hiring sign but never hire anyone while other stores start off at a higher rate. People that call in on a regular basis continue their employment.
They have instore security but they "never" catch anyone. As for management out of four managers only one really knows what they are doing. Corporate constantly visits for no real reason causing undo stress and anxiety on the staff.
