Signed NBA Photo - Rajon Rondo 8x10 signed photo

I recently ordered a signed NBA photo. Liana in customer service reached out to me basically saying they were not comfortable sending me my original order due to a smudge on the signature.instead of just sending it anyway, she kindly sent multiple options to me that were ever a few dollars more than what I paid as a replacement. I do not believe I will purchase another piece of sports memorabilia anywhere else, their business practices should be an example to many. Thanks sportsmemorabilia.com!!
