Ripoff Uses fraudulent telemarketing to cellphones

This company calls peoples phones from lists they buy from SBC Ameritech using automated messages (ie computer generated). This practice is illegal in Wisconsin, where I live, and it is highly unethical to call cellphones, which cost the recipient money.
