Brickhouse Security, Cell Phone Spy Data Extractor is a fraudulent device advertised all over the internet

Miscellaneous

Cell Phone Spy Data Extractor / sim card reader is advertised all over the internet as being able to read deleted text messages on "most" phones that have a sim card. I tried it on 4 different phones and it doesn't work. When you call the company, they cannot name one single phone that it does work on, so even if you tried to buy a compatible phone to use it with, you wouldn't be able to.

This device is a glorified SIM card reader that can be purchased for around $20 at most electronic stores, but they sell it for $159. There are articles all over the web saying it will read deleted text messages, but it didn't even read UNdeleted text messages in my case. No one qualifies or challenges their claim because they advertise it for "most" cellphones, and people just assume there are SOME cellphones they work with, but this is false. Two different cellphone carriers and someone at Motorola said there is no way to retrieve a deleted text message. I have wasted so much time on this, it' astounding, and have also filed complaints with BBB and the FTC.

Verizon
Called and gave me a new cell phone because of 2 year contract. New phone has features that I did not request. I.E. Text message and camera. I am now being charged for text messages. Particularly the ones for Advertising from Verizon itself
