Credit Card, Did not send my credit card i payed for. Ripoffs

I payed them $221.99 on October 06. They promise to send a credit card by January. They kept on promising to send it on certain days of the month i never receive it from them. Every time I called they kept on changing the dates in which I would receive the credit card I ordered. They gave me a confirmation number: 223036231. I i'm planing to file a lawsuit aginst them for about $500 million dollars for that rip off situaion.
